Residential Spaces

Residential spaces serve a variety of purposes and appropriately, are a unique challenge to properly light, room-by-room and house-by-house rather than a generalized system of downlights, track and ceiling mounted luminaires. We educate homeowners during the design process so they understand the technical aspects of lighting, such as energy efficiency, sustainability and controls prior to completing the design of their home. Each home’s architecture is distinctive and therefore the lighting deserves careful and thoughtful planning and design, as well as administration during installation to assure compliance with the design intent.
